Tim founded Slim Accounting, Inc. in 2016. He is a senior accountant & finance leader with in-depth expertise in multiple industries, including Renewable Energy and Financial Services. Tim is a results-driven leader with experience managing a diverse team through a customer service-oriented philosophy. He has the ability to enhance productivity by connecting with team members through an open communication style, contagious enthusiasm, and interest in serving as a mentor.
Chelsea Armstrong
CHIEF OF STAFF
Chelsea joined #TeamSlim in 2022. She has a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and experience in program management supporting multi-disciplinary teams across the country. Her focus at Slim is to support the CEO as well as oversee daily company operations. At Slim, Chelsea works to cultivate a work culture that empowers employees and creates a positive work environment.
Chelsea loves to spend time outdoors soaking in the sunshine.
Felicia Williams, CPA
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Felicia joined #TeamSlim in 2023. She is a CPA with 19 years of accounting experience. Felicia has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington.
Felicia resides in Washington state and enjoys running, traveling, Korean dramas, and spending time with family.
Britney Fernandez, MBA
SENIOR ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT
Britney joined #TeamSlim in 2018. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, and earned her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
Britney is from Northern California and a fun fact about her is that she can walk on her hands!
Angela Blake

Angela joined #TeamSlim in 2022. She has 20 years of accounting experience in multiple industries and earned an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Strayer University.
Angela resides in Missouri and loves the outdoors. She enjoys running, biking, fishing, and glamping with friends and family.
Jessica Dillon
ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT
Jessica joined #TeamSlim in 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Chico in 2017. She gained experience in accounting by working for the County of El Dorado for nearly four years.
Jessica lives in Northern California with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys being with family and traveling.
Joslyn Moore
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Joslyn joined #TeamSlim in 2023. She earned her Bachelor’s in Music Business from Belmont University in 2019. She gained accounting experience in Nashville working as an Accounting Technician and an Accounts Receivable Associate in the Entertainment Industry.
Joslyn lives in South Carolina with her boyfriend and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking with her dogs and watching football.
Shelby Kramer
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Shelby joined #TeamSlim in 2023. She has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 2019. She gained experience working in the private accounting sector.
Shelby lives in Pennsylvania with her dog and cat. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with animals at a local rescue in her free time.
Anna Kudelin
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Anna re-joined #TeamSlim in 2023, though she worked for Slim for several years upon graduation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Sacramento State University of California in 2018. She gained experience working in the public accounting sector.
Anna lives in Washington and in her free time loves spending time with her husband, doing arts/crafts, and learning new recipes.
